As most of our items are custom made or personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges at this time. Please double check all details (such as names, colours, or designs) before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do our best to package everything safely, sometimes things can go wrong in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@pinkcocolondon.com
within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video as proof.
We’ll review the case and do our best to resolve it quickly whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a partial refund.
