Most of our products are hand-finished with love! Because of
this, each piece is unique, there may be tiny variations in colour or finish,
which makes every Pink Coco item one of a kind.

We do our best to show true colours, but due to lighting, screen settings, and the
handmade nature of our items, there may be slight differences that’s part of
their charm!
🐼 What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials including glass, acrylic,
stainless steel, and UVDTF prints. Our jewelry is anti-tarnish, and all
materials are chosen with care to ensure durability and beauty.

Since most items are made to order, please allow 5–8 business days for processing (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
🐼 Can I return or exchange my item?
As most of our products are handmade and personalised, we don’t offer returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos at info@pinkcocolondon.com or Whatsapp us on +447365884629. We’ll make it right. 💌
